My latest Napa adventure has me trying lunch at the Norman Rose Tavern. I had the Clam Chowder Soup Special and half-sized Green Goddess Salad (full-sized must be enormous!) Both were fantastic! Looking forward to visiting again… and again.
McP’s Pretzel Sticks w Cheese Sauce
The pretzel sticks at McP’s come with an amazingly delicious Taphouse cheesy beer dip. The pretzels are soft, warm, and buttery. The cheesy dip is so fantastic… it’s seriously beyond! Ping us if you’re inspired to stop by as we live right down the street and will happily join you!

Michael loves crab legs! We discovered the Alaskan King Crab Legs with drawn butter at Friday’s Station are - as you would expect - extraordinary!!!
South Shore Burger @ Emerald Bay Bar
Oh yum! Yesterday, we tried a new restaurant in South Lake Tahoe near the “Y” - Emerald Bay Bar & Grill. I had the South Shore Burger, which is a House Special (and is it SPECIAL!) The Parmesan crusted sourdough bread takes this burger over the top for me. We will return!
